Transplant

Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. Can you pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? A good tree produces good fruit, and a bad tree produces bad fruit.A good tree can’t produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can’t produce good fruit. So every tree that does not produce good fruit is chopped down and thrown into the fire. Yes, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit, so you can identify people by their actions
— Mark 7:17-20

We get a lot of prayer requests for the things sinners do. Families who have unsaved members always want prayer for something those people are doing. Whether its homosexuality or a heroin addiction, sinners will...huge revelation here...sin.

The problem then isn't the sin, it's something much more deep. If there's a rot in the root of the tree, it will never produce good fruit. The tree is as good as dead! So it is with us! If it hadn't been for the blood of Jesus, we would all be as good as dead!

Romans 11:17 says " But some of these branches from Abraham's tree--some of the people of Israel--have been broken off. And you Gentiles, who were branches from a wild olive tree, have been grafted in. So now you also receive the blessing God has promised Abraham and his children, sharing in the rich nourishment from the root of God's special olive tree." Through Jesus, every wicked tree can be uprooted and grafted in to "God's special olive tree." When you get grafted into Gods tree you will only be able to do good and bear good fruit!

That term of being grafted in is pretty obsolete so let's use another word. Transplant. When an organ gets transplanted into a body it works in rhythm with the body. That organ may have come from a dead body but when it's grafted in, it gets revived. The natural function for that organ is brought back to life when it's transplanted. So it is with the unbeliever.

Quit praying for the problem and lead that person to Jesus! When you do, all the problems will dissipate!
