3 Things That Will Hold Back Your Breakthrough

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up"

-Galatians 6:9

If pay day was on the 30th most people walk away on the 29th! Did you know there's a war happening right now? There are active agents sent to destroy your health, peace, joy and destiny! The devil knows the potential inside of you is so great, that he'll throw any and everything in your path to stop you! I've seen and heard stories of people who were on the brink of their breakthroughs but something got in their way.

Here are the 3 things the devil will throw at you right before your breakthrough.

1. Worry About Money

The Bible instructs us to never worry about money. Worrying about anything will zap the faith inside of you. When you worry, you question the integrity of God's Word! If God is telling you the next step, don't convince yourself out of it by worrying about finances!  If He called you to do it, He'll provide for it!

2. Fear

The step toward breakthrough is one you've never taken before. If you want to continue to move forward, you'll have to enter into a territory you've never step foot in. You'll be stretched, you may feel uncomfortable, you may feel like you're not good enough, who cares!!?? Is it any wonder that the devil plagues our minds with thoughts of fear? Resist the devil and He will flee from you! (James 4:7)  Command the fear to go and secure your thoughts with the Word of God. Don't allow for the devil to steal your destiny by making you scared of it.

3. Bodily Attack

Whether it's on you or one of your family members, this attack will happen to get your focus   askew. Don't you dare hesitate. Don't take time off to accommodate the sickness instead of doing what God's called you to do. Grab that bottle of Anointing oil and slather it all over! Then do what the Word says in 1 Peter 5:7, cast THE WHOLE of your cares on God. Not some, all! Then get in the Word.

Staying in the Word of God is what will continue to keep us full of faith for the day of battle. We mustn't lay it down for anything in the world! Hebrews 4:11 says, "So let us do our best to enter that rest. But if we disobey God, as the people of Israel did, we will fall." That place of rest is only accessed by the amount of time we stay in the Word and prayer. Get back up and get your breakthrough! In Jesus' name!
