Absorbing The Word For Healing

For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

— Heb. 4:12

The purpose of the marrow is to create red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets, it also creates stem cells which help and create your entire body. Is it any wonder than, that the Word of God can get right into the inner most part of your being!? The Bible says that the life of the flesh is in the blood (Lev. 17:11). What does that mean for you and I? It means the Word has the power to create NEW LIFE.

If you've ever prayed against generational curses or heredity health issue, this should excite you! The Word of God has the power to flush out anything that doesn't pertain to your new nature. The old you is done away with and the you that now lives is one with Jesus Christ. (Gal. 2:20)

Can you picture Jesus in a cancer ward or hospice? Can you picture Him with a stuffy nose or migraine? The only way sickness can overtake you is if it goes back in time and overtakes Jesus on the cross. IMPOSSIBLE! It’s not possible for sickness to take you out. It’s not possible for that pain to remain. You are one with Jesus! Take a stand against sickness today. Come to realize the power of God’s Word. It has the power to change you if you just submerge yourself in it.
